Biography
Born on July 31, 1965 in Minsk. In 1989 he graduated from the Faculty of Radiophysics and Electronics of BSU in Minsk. In 1989-2000 he worked as a development engineer at KBTEM NPO “Planar”, deputy director of “Enter” LLC, executive director of “Exportbeltekhnika” LLC.
One of the founders of the Club “without ties”, subsequently transformed into a conference of manufacturers, integrators and operators of IT-systems for transport management “Navitoring”, a permanent speaker of the conference.
