On June 2, 2021, we held the second meeting of Belarusian entrepreneurs at the Willing Hotel, where we continued the discussion started at the first HWSC#1.

We, the AIMA members, always ask ourselves questions: are we moving in that direction, are we finding the right solutions for the hardware-community of Belarus, do Belarusian entrepreneurs need such events?

And every time we make sure that we are on the right way: our meetings and discussions allow the best businessmen in the industry to gather in one place (both online and offline), get acquainted, listen, see, discuss common problems, and, most importantly, “grope” correct decisions and agree on how they can be implemented.

Today, as never before, we understand that our hardware community, in the face of the AIMA, is an opportunity not to receive, but to create. Create something useful. Create for the benefit of others, create for the future, look back and rely on years of experience.

Collaboration can generate synergy when the impact of the efforts of each party increases.

There are already working platforms and examples of cooperation in the AIMA, Hardware Ecosystem, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Association, etc.

In a rapidly developing world, the client expects integration solutions and technologies at the intersection of sciences.

Today we see the following opportunities for the development of the industry and companies:

• Interaction for the development of complex equipment;

• Joint use of equipment and production;

• Development of individual solutions for the client's tasks: construction, product design, equipment, software;

• Creation of a structure like an enterprise with the following tasks:

• Examination of projects and ideas,

• Marketing research of goods and foreign markets,

• Support of the implementation of projects and participation in them,

• Consolidation of diversified enterprises for the implementation of projects,

• Consulting and legal support for new projects, start-ups and small businesses,

• Search for investors and attract them to the implementation of projects.

It was about creating new perspectives that we talked about at the HWSC#2.

One of the associations' missions is to help companies find their place in the technology chain and value for customers.

Analyzing the results of the first two meetings, we came to the conclusion that we have already managed to create a hardware-community in which we openly discuss any topic. Earlier, we announced that our large-scale study of the field was completed, but perhaps now we can say that this study has moved into the practical plane of the implementation of some of the tasks. In parallel, we are faced with new challenges, but at the same time we come to consolidated solutions to the “hackneyed problems” of instrument makers.

We say again that there is still a lot of work ahead, but already now we see that this is a joint work in which more and more of our colleagues are interested!
